The Yarmouth School Nutrition staff has once again outdone the competition throughout Maine, winning the Maine Department of Education's (MDOE) Marvelous Merchandising Contest for 2017-2018. The MDOE press release put it this way:
We received several great entries for our Marvelous Merchandising Contest, making our decision really difficult! However, the Yarmouth School Department was victorious and claimed the title of Most Marvelous School Merchandiser in Maine 2017/18! Their creativity and the advertising/promotion of their meal really stood out. Visit our webpage (http://maine.gov/doe/nutrition/) to see their winning entry. Along with claiming the title, Yarmouth Schools will also receive a $200 gift certificate to C. Caprara Food Service Equipment for more merchandising supplies of their choice!
