BASEBALL: Currently have a record of 1-8 with 7 games remaining on their schedule. Please come out to support these hard-working players today (5/20) at 4:30 vs Mt. Ararat!!
UNIFIED BOCCE: Next home match is May 27th at 3:30 pm vs. Scarborough. Come cheer them on!
SOFTBALL: Are 3-6 and tied with Poland for 10th place. Their next home game is today (5/20) at 4:30 vs. Wells.
GIRLS TENNIS: Team record of 5-2 with their next home match on 5/20!
Lila McNaughton/Barbara Day made the quarterfinals of the State Doubles Tournament. They lost a hard-fought match to Gorham's #1 team (ranked 3rd), after defeating Brunswick's #1 doubles team in an exciting third set tiebreak in the round of 16
Adea Cobaj competed in the state singles tournament. She made it to the round of 16 but was defeated by a tough competitor from Bangor/Nokomis.
BOYS TENNIS: As a team, they have a record of 7-0 with their next home match on Friday 5/23 at
A Brooks/A Forrest made the quarterfinals of the State Doubles Tournament. They lost a hard-fought match to Thornton’s #1 team, after defeating Waynflete’s #1 doubles team in the preliminary round.
Nicholas/Augur made the quarterfinals of the State tournament but were defeated by Falmouth’s #1 team, losing a close first-set tiebreaker, winning the second 6-4, and losing in the third set, to the eventual Maine State Doubles Champions.
Hartnett and Gordon both competed in the state singles tournament. Violette made the state singles semi-finals, becoming the second Yarmouth player since 2019 to make it that far.
OUTDOOR TRACK: Track has had a competitive season with numerous personal best performances and new school records! Come this Friday, starting at 4:30 to watch our stellar athletes compete at YHS!
