COVID-19 Protocols for the Class AA, A, B - MPA Basketball Tournament held at the Portland Exposition Building and Cross Insurance Arena (Portland, ME)
Spectator Guidelines - Portland Exposition Building (Expo)
Spectators at the Portland Exposition Building (EXPO) must wear face masks at all times. To enter the facility spectators must show one of the following: proof of being fully vaccinated; or a negative test result from a third-party provider, [Doctor's office, pharmacy or testing location]. PCR test within 72 hours or Antigen test within 24 hours along with a valid driver's license/student school ID. A Drs. "note of recovery" is acceptable - but we will only accept a certified note approved by a Dr./nurse that will allow a person entry into the facility if they have tested positive within 90 days - this, along with a photo ID, will be acceptable. A home test is not acceptable, given that we would have no way to verify this information. All patrons will be required to wear a mask while in the building.
Spectator Guidelines - Cross Insurance Arena (Portland, ME)
Spectators at the Cross-Insurance Arena must wear face masks while in the facility (ages 2 and older). Anyone who has had their 12th birthday and older needs to show proof of being fully vaccinated, or a negative Covid-19 Test within 72 hours prior to the event. Spectators can take a picture of their COVID-19 Vaccination card or negative test result and show that at the door. Spectators may take an at home test within 72 hours of the event. If an at-home test is used and is a negative result, the spectator can take a photo of it with a timestamp. Face masks need to be worn while in the facility.
